Birmingham Airport - Monday 13 August about about 16.00 in Car Park 1. Wonderfully helpful and pleasant officer took the time to reassure and help us locate our Car - a Fiat Punto, which we had forgotten where we had parked it. 25 minutes later we found it on the ground floor, but the officer continued to look for us on the top floors. I cannot praise his professionalism enough. Thank you to him, but I am afraid did not get his collar number. I guess there will not be too many possibilities.
