We want to hear your story and your feedback to help improve the service provided by West Midlands Police.
The aim of this website is to allow members of the public honest and open feedback about the service they have received. It allows you to tell us your experience when dealing with the police at a front office, over the phone or in the street.
Good or bad - your experience can provide valuable feedback to help improve the service for other members of the public.
The site means you can tell people what happened to you, as well as reading about the experience of others.
We will send your feedback to the local station where you received the service and ask them to respond to your comments. If they respond their comments will be posted on the site.
You don't have to give your name unless you want the police to contact you about your feedback.
The site has been developed by West Midlands Police as part of the force's commitment to improving the quality of service officers and staff provide to members of the public. |
